3) Career Highlights
Barker has a total estimated net worth of $60 million by 2019. His main source of income is from his album sales and he did some acting as well. He has accumulated most of his wealth during his career with Blink-182. In 2001, Travis was ranked number 89 on VH1’s 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock list, number 99 on 100 Greatest Drummers of All Time list and number 32 on 40 Greatest Drummers Of Alternative Music list.
The majority of Travis’ fortune comes from his numerous earnings as a drummer for Blink-182, +44, and Box Car Racer. But what about cars? The rocker has purchased some pretty expensive vehicles throughout his lifetime. He has owned both a DeLorean (which he crashed into a light pole and totaled) and several Ferraris and Rolls Royces. Although these fancy rides didn’t help him pass off as an average Joe (or Jodie), they did contribute to his already hefty net worth. In 2015, it was reported that Travis had approximately $15 million dollars’ worth of cars at home that were just gathering dust.
Travis currently lives in Corona, California with his wife Shanna Moakler and their two children Landon Asher and Alabama Luella. Travis also has an additional home that he purchased for around $2.1 million located in Rancho Santa Fe, California. There is no information on whether Travis owns or rents it but it is speculated that he owns it after taking a $1 million mortgage out on it back in 2012. He also makes additional income from owning his recording studio called Opra Music Group which was launched back in 2009.
7) Other Investments
Music is just one of Travis Barker’s money-making endeavors. He also has stakes in a number of fashion, design and real estate companies, including Famous Stars and Straps, a clothing line based on his own designs. In addition to his brand collaborations and touring deals with musicians like Rihanna and Justin Bieber, Barker says he also plans to release an album of original music as soon as 2016. And lest we forget about those sneakers: A limited edition version of Nike’s Air Jordan Spizike featured an autograph from Travis himself (valued at $20K). Overall, it’s hard to pinpoint what Travis actually earns from all his enterprises—but we can assume he won’t be worrying about where his next paycheck is coming from anytime soon.
